DOMESTIC ORDERS

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please notify us at returns@futureglory.co within two weeks of receiving your order to initiate a return or an exchange. Please be sure include your order number with your inquiry.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. Refunds will not be issued if products show any signs of usage and are subject to a restocking fee. Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will be applied to your credit card. Orders received as gifts are eligible for store credit only. 

Please note you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Labels
Upon request, we can provide a return shipping label. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages
To ensure delivery, we ship all packages with a tracking number. To avoid mishap, always ship packages to a secure address and select signature confirmation at checkout. Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages after they have been tracked and delivered. For lost packages, be sure to file a claim with the appropriate postal service. 

Workmanship Warranty
All our products come with a workmanship warranty. If you encounter any issues, please send us a note at hello@futureglory.co and we will be happy to be of assistance.

For international orders, only returns and refunds are allowed and we are not able to send out exchanges. Please be sure include your order number with your inquiry.

Shipping Labels
We are not able to provide return shipping labels for international orders. For guaranteed delivery, please be sure to add a tracking number to the shipment. Incoming customs duties will be deducted from the refund.

Customs & Duties
Please note that we do not charge tax on international orders. Thus, we are not responsible for any inbound or outbound customs or duties taxes on orders.
